Jillian has created several light boxes depicting medieval churches on Romney Marsh which will be be featured in her forthcoming JAM on the Marsh exhibition. These pieces are inspired by the atmospheric Marsh night time photos of Susan Pilcher, who is exhibiting alongside Jillian this year.
Jillian gets asked a lot about her work and we’d like to clarify that everything is hand cut with a very sharp knife – NO laser cutting here.
